Meet Glenn, Lemon Tree’s Marketing Manager
Glenn is our resident rap music enthusiast who also happens to also be a whiz when it comes to marketing.
He began his marketing career after graduating with a Bachelor of Business, with a major in Marketing, from Griffith University.
After graduating, Glenn headed down south to work with a Disability Employment Provider and RTO where he got to experience first-hand the remarkable outcomes that marketing can deliver.
Since then Glenn has gained an abundance of skills, from developing relationships with stakeholders to developing strategies for clients in a wide variety of industries.
We politely interrupted Glenn’s afternoon Nicki Minaj jam session to ask him what he loves most about his role as a Marketing Manager at Lemon Tree, and this was his response:
“What I love most about my role is the chance to be able to work with the entire team, to collaborate and to come up with great strategies for our clients. I enjoy the challenge that comes with pitching each new strategy and most of all, I love seeing the successful outcomes at the end and the positive impact we have in achieving their objectives.”
Glenn is always working hard to kick goals for his clients. He says his number one goal for each of his clients is to be able to deliver an effective and tailored strategy that meets their core objective.
We decided to throw a spanner in the works and hit him with a curveball.
So, we asked Glenn, ‘if you were an animal, what would you be?’
“Hands down, a gorilla. it’s powerful and commanding, yet also the kind of animal that you just want to hug.”

When Glenn finishes his marketing hustle for the day, he loves heading home and spending time with his two young boys.
He’s also currently in training for the Noosa Triathlon, so if you see him running, swimming or riding make sure to give him some words of encouragement.
