For over five decades, Annabel Trends has been transforming Australian homes with distinctive gifts and homewares. Born in the ‘60s as a tiny creative venture, Annabel Trends has blossomed into Australia’s go-to wonderland for retailers and shoppers seeking quirky gifts and head-turning homewares.

The Challenge

The team at Annabel Trends initially approached Lemon Tree in 2017 to assist in the development, planning and implementation of marketing activities to increase online sales from direct customers as well as reinforce and strengthen the B2B relationships with retailers in order to achieve business growth.

The Outcome

After finalising the initial marketing strategy, we got to work on strengthening the brand identity by auditing and refreshing customer touch points to create a seamless brand experience. These touch points included items such as their website, email marketing, social media and seasonal catalogues. Lemon Tree also absorbed the task of planning, styling and shooting product collections for each catalogue and related digital collateral. This allowed us to create an extensive library of images that were planned and shot with the end application in mind. While the Annabel Trends team has since grown, Lemon Tree continues to work as an extension of their marketing department to optimise and execute their digital strategy as well as playing an integral role in social media management and seasonal catalogue promotion.
